On December 14, 2012 four armed police officers wearing bullet proof vests stormed my (Timothy Charles Holmseth) home-office with a Search and Seizure Warrant.

The volume of work product and personal property seized was incalculable because a very large hard drive that was 98% full was seized.

On April 26, 2013 all the property was returned by Order of the Court.

The evidence stickers on the bags and wrappers read Bureau of Criminal Apprehension, St. Paul, Minnesota.

No illegal files or contraband was found in any of the work product, phones, discs, or computer computer drives. No charges were filed and all legal agression suddenly stopped.
